Our environment is designed to give you 100% control of your time. We accomplish this by NOT exchanging your time for dollars. Instead, we pay you for the task(s) you complete. The amount you are paid is negotiated by you before you begin the task. Each task is explicitly spelled out along with the expected completion date. You then tell RedGware how much you want to be paid to complete the task.

You work 100% remotely. We do not care where you do your work. We only care that it is completed accurately and on time.

Because our Team is literally global,  you have no specific time of day that you must work. However, you MUST attend all meetings that you have committed to attend. There are very few impromptu meetings (usually 24 hours notice before a meeting is to begin).  Your day can be scheduled as you like. You can work as many or as little number of hours per day as you like (you are not paid by the number of hours you work).

The management staff consists of 1 layer of management. This allows us to minimize company red-tape while being able to make decisions quickly and funnel the company earnings to the people that actually build the product. We strive to remain lean at the top but fat at the bottom. Everyone has access to the CEO.
