We are expanding our marketing efforts and seeking a creative, self-motivated Social Media Manager to help grow our brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our technology services and SaaS products.
Position Overview
RedGware Apps is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager who is highly experienced with today's major social media platforms and understands how to build engagement, increase visibility, and generate business opportunities.
This is a 100% remote independent contractor (1099) position with flexible scheduling. There are no set work hours. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, bring creative ideas to the table, and help us grow our online presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
Create and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms
Promote RedGware's software development services
Promote RedGware's SaaS products and solutions
Grow followers, engagement, and brand awareness
Create graphics, posts, articles, videos, and marketing campaigns
Monitor social media trends and recommend new marketing opportunities
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations
Assist with lead generation initiatives
Coordinate marketing efforts with RedGware management
Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer outreach, and community engagement

Qualifications
Proven experience managing business social media accounts
Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies

Basic graphic design skills preferred
Experience promoting technology products or SaaS solutions is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong organizational skills
